One of the BEST parts about JBF Rochester/Macomb is the team that makes it happen, sale after sale! We could not pull off this amazing event, without our team! We are always looking for smiling faces that LOVE JBF! If you would like to earn an extra 10% on your sold items AND shop early, shifts become available March 1st!

Team Member Presale Passes will be selected when you schedule your helper shifts!  (Opening March 1) But to help you prepare, here's how it works:

  1. If you plan to help 1 shift, you will shop @ 11:30am on 4/24 
  2. If you plan to help 2 shifts, you will shop @ 10:00 am on 4/24 
  3. If you plan to help 3 or more shifts, you will shop the earliest at 9:00 am on 4/24.
  4. Load-in and Load-out shifts are worth 8 credits and will be a 5 or 6 hour shift.  All other shifts worth 4 credits and are 4-hour shifts.

There are 3 ways you can participate:

1.) We will provide you with the content to share on your personal social media (or in mom or neighborhood groups). This sharing program will launch the week of March 24 and will be shared in our private Facebook group. You can find this group by searching Facebook for "JBF Rochester/Macomb Consignors" or by going to JBF Rochester/Macomb Consignors . Must begin sharing by March 27 

2.) Wear a Window Cling on your car for 6 weeks prior to the sale.  Photo proof required.  

3.) Distribute flyers to a local school (must be approved by school) or daycare

I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor.
I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.
I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).
I understand that JBF of Rochester/Macomb is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Rochester/Macomb has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.
I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Rochester/Macomb for the items I offer for sale.
I understand that I will earn 70% of my gross sales if I choose to participate as a 4 hour Team Member.
•I understand that I will earn 45% of my gross sales if I choose to be a valet consignor.
I understand there is a non-refundable $15 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment.
•I understand JBF Rochester/Macomb will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.
•I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.
I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Sunday, Apr. 27th from 6-7:30pm. Doors will remain locked until 6:00 unless otherwise stated.
I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 7:31* on Sunday, Apr 27, 2025 will be donated to the JBF Charity Partner.
Consignors will be admitted at their registered pickup time and up to 15 minutes past that time. Consignors arriving 20+ minutes past their registered pick up time or those without a registered pickup time will not be admitted.
•I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.
I understand that items that are off-season, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff.
•I understand the $15 registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:

1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and
3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

If I am helping at the sale, I will arrive 10 minutes early for my shift so that I can park my car and be ready to participate. If I am unable to fulfill my full team member commitment and am unable to find a replacement, I will notify Molly @ [email protected]. I will check in and out at the Team Member Check-In area.
I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.
•I understand that I will receive an echeck to the email registered on myjbftags.com, within 2 weeks of the sale ending, in the amount of my gross sales.
•I understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $35 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.
•I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

Team Member Waiver- Only applies to those participating as a Team Member for the sale.
The JBF sale in Rochester/Macomb utilizes an Independent Contractor model for our consignors who are Team Members. This allows all consignors, who help at the sale, to earn an extra 10% on the items they sell. I agree that I am not an employee of Just Between Friends, Inc., JBF Rochester/Macomb and that JBF will not provide me with insurance, worker’s compensation, sick leave, vacation pay, retirement, social security, disability, health, or unemployment benefits or any other benefits of an employee. Instead, I am offering my services as an independent contractor and this waiver shall not constitute the formation of a partnership, joint venture, employment, or principal/agent relationship between the parties.
I agree to completely fulfill my self-elected time commitments. If I am unable to do so, I will make arrangements with the Organizers as soon as possible. I have selected the shift(s) that work best with my schedule and skills. JBF Rochester/Macomb (R/M) shall not have or exercise control over the duration, permanency, or methods by which I perform services pursuant to this Agreement. I understand that my gross sales' affect my earnings, and therefore, I have the possibility for profit/loss during my seasonal work at the sale. Another individual over the age of eighteen (18) may perform the services I have agreed to perform on my behalf with proper notice to JBF R/M. I acknowledge that I am performing services as a Team Member on a temporary basis, and that no continuing contractual arrangement will exist between myself and JBF R/M. I am not required to devote full time services to JBF R/M and am free to continue or pursue all other forms of gainful work available to me.
I am participating as a member of the JBF Team in an ethical manner, and agree that I am not attempting to learn JBF business practices, operations techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered, or proprietary in any way.
I plan to work at the sale and elect to be compensated for my time (4 hours or more) at the sale. I understand I will also be awarded an early shopping presale pass based on the amount of hours I will work.
Team Members who sell a combined gross sales of OVER $6,000 in a calendar year will receive a 1099. For example, if you sell $7,000 total in one year, you will receive a 1099 for $700 (the 10% amount that you made over standard consignors).

Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings

Seller Appointment(s)

All Consignors MUST schedule a 60 minute Drop off appointment for either Tuesday, Apr 22 or Wednesday, Apr 23. Try to complete your drop off within this time frame, but if you take longer, no problem. We have accounted for some overlap in appointments.  Please bring your own wagon, cart or dolly, to help your drop off flow smoother. We have some rolling racks, however they must stay inside the building.  It is recommended but not required to please leave children at home for a quicker drop off.
