We rely on help from our consignors to make this sale run smoothly!  

If you'd like to become a Team Member (a team member is a helper for a 4 hour shift), you will receive an extra 10% on sold items and get even earlier access to the sale!  The more you help, the sooner you get to shop!  It is not required to become a Team Member, but we really appreciate your help!

Team Member shifts become available early September and we do run out of shifts!  Keep an eye on communication from us for when team member shifts will become available!  Please only sign up if you plan to commit!

Team Member Presale Pass - 12 hours+ | Shop 10/10 @ 9:00am

You must sign up & work as a team member to help at least three 4 hour shifts (team member shifts release in Sept.) during sale week. Each consignor, who drops off their items to sell and helps at the sale will be eligible for EARLY SHOPPING during Consignor Presales for yourself + 1 guest (guest shopping time is at 12:30pm on Wednesday).

Team Member Presale Pass - 8 hours+ | Shop 10/10 @ 10:00am

You must sign up & work as a team member to help at least two 4 hour shifts (team member shifts release in Sept.) during sale week. Each consignor, who drops off their items to sell and helps at the sale, will be eligible for EARLY SHOPPING during Consignor Presales for yourself + 1 guest (guest shopping time is at 12:30pm on Wednesday).

Team Member Presale Pass - 4 hours | Shop 10/10 @ 11:00am

You must sign up & work as a team member to help at least one 4 hour shift (team member shifts release in Sept.) during sale week. Each consignor, who drops off their items to sell and helps at the sale, will be eligible for EARLY SHOPPING during Consignor Presales for yourself + 1 guest (guest shopping time is at 12:30pm on Thursday).

Consignor Only Presale Pass | Shop 10/10 @ 12:30pm

These passes are for those who are selling at the Fall 2024 sale but not able to help as a team member. Each consignor, who drops off their items to sell, will be eligible for EARLY SHOPPING during Consignor Presales for yourself + 1 guest.

This selection is for a consignor who is unable or not planning to shop the presale.

• I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor.
• I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items. JBF R/M will not investigate any missing items under $15.
• I understand that Consignors who opt to assist for a minimum of 4 hours will be charged only 30% of her/his gross sales.
• I understand that I will be charged 40% of my gross sales if I choose not to participate as a 4 or 6 hour Team Member.
•I understand that I will be charged 55% of my gross sales if I choose to be a valet consignor.
• I understand there is a $15 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment.
• I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Sunday, Oct. 13th from 6-7pm. Doors will remain locked until 6:00 unless otherwise stated.
• I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 7:01* on Sunday, Oct 13, 2024 will be donated to the JBF Charity Partner.
• Consignors will be admitted at their registered pickup time and up to 15 minutes past that time. Consignors arriving 20+ minutes past their registered pick up time or those without a registered pickup time will not be admitted.
• I understand that items that are off-season, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff.
• I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:

1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and
3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

• I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at the 1/2 Price Pre Sale until the sale ends.
• If I am helping at the sale, I will arrive 10 minutes early for my shift so that I can park my car and be ready to participate. If I am unable to fulfill my full team member commitment and am unable to find a replacement, I will notify Molly @ [email protected]. I will check in and out at the Team Member Check-In area.
• I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.
•I understand that I will receive an echeck to the email registered on myjbftags.com, within 2 weeks of the sale ending, in the amount of my gross sales.
•I understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $35 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.
